At RYSE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window for all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RYSE account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
